Our First Steps

As soon as we complete the paperwork to list your house, we:

 

  • Upload property information and details about your house on the South Central Wisconsin MLS where more than 2,500 real estate professionals search for homes for sale for their buyer clients.
  • Place a Bentley Realty Group sign and brochure box (if desired) in your front yard.
  • Take photos and videos (if desired) of your house to place on the MLS, in brochures, and for internet marketing.
  • Place your listing on Bentley Realty Group's professional website and Bob's professional blog.
  • Syndicate your MLS listing to hundreds of national websites.  These include (and are definately not limited to):
    • Realtor.com
    • Yahoo Classified
    • Trulia
    • Zillow
    • Wisconsinhomes.com

  • Send an exclusive email flyer to all local real estate agents to promote the sale of your house.
  • Create a website just for your house (e.g. www.123mainstreet.com)

Once Your House is Listed, We:

 

  • Promise to be open, honest, and up-front with you about how the sale is going.  We offer you candid recommendations for changes when needed.
  • Update you regularly so you stay fully informed of everything we do to sell your house.
  • Provide prompt feedback to you about all showings.
  • Update you on market changes that could affect your property's sale.
  • Pre-qualify motivated, potential buyers prior to showing them your house.
  • Present and discuss each offer with you.
  • Negotiate the highest possible price and best terms for you.
  • Manage all contractual, title and transaction details and keep you informed and involved as necessary.
  • Provide you with our E-Z Exit Guarantee (if you're not satisfied with our services, you may cancel your contract at any time).
  • Assist you in finding a relocation agent, if needed.
